Dr. Chumki Neogi is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the Sales and Service with organisations like Standard Chartered Bank, SBI Cards, ICICI Prudential, Athena BPO, EOS Globe and Ebixcash Global Services.

She holds a DLitt in Marketing and a PhD in Telemarketing. She is also a Black Belt in Six Sigma,  emphasizing her commitment towards continuous learning and professional development. Dr. Neogi is also recognized for her people management skills and her passion for Continuous Process Improvements.

Throughout her journey Dr Neogi have witnessed both sides of the corporate world where in one hand candidates are struggling to get a suitable job and on the other, employers are unhappy with the kind of hires resulting to huge work pressure. She realised that the gap between the employer’s expectation and the employee’s capability to deliver was primarily due to the lack of right fitment and lack of training. The youth today though in dire need of a job often give up to this pressure and quit due to lack of proper guidance in terms of their career growth.
